  • Normal Working Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Bi-Weekly Pay Periods: Total of 26 pays per year.
  • Benefits start after successful completion of 60-day probationary period.
  • Health Insurance begins the 1st of the month after 60-day probationary period.
  • Aetna – $35.00 copay for Primary Care, $70.00 copay for Specialist (In-Network Providers).
  • Prescription – $0/$20/$40/60 and mail in program.
  • Single – $21.02 per pay period.
  • Parent/Child(ren) – $32.94 per pay period.
  • Husband/Wife – $50.02 per pay period.
  • Family – $57.62 per pay period.

One Policy – (1) $10,000.00 policy SMF pays 100% of premium.

70% of gross pay with a maximum of $300.00 per week for up to 26 weeks.

  • Entry into plan is dependent upon hire date.
  • Hire date between January 1 and June 30th may enter the plan after 1 year of service and the next plan period.
  • Hire date between July 1st and December 31st may enter after 1 year of service and the beginning of the next plan period. (Example: Hire date May 15, 2023 plan entry date July, 2024; Hire date November 15, 2023 plan entry date January 1, 2025).
  • Company matches 50% of employee contribution subjected to a 3% maximum match. (Example: Employee contributes 4 % of gross pay before taxes – SMF will contribute 2 % match).
    Employee contributes 6 % or more of gross pay before taxes – SMF will contribute 3 % match).
  • 1 week after 1 year of employment
  • 2 weeks after 3 years of employment
  • 3 weeks after 10 years of employment

7 paid days – New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Perfect Attendance of 90 days (no late starts, no early leaves) 1 personal/sick day is awarded for each 90 days of perfect attendance. Only 5 days are allowed to be banked at any given time. After 5 days, the 6th one is automatically paid out.

  • Optional – SMF will pay ½ of rental fee per pay period.
  • Steel toe safety shoes are required – SMF gives a $100.00 voucher annually (June).

Reimbursement for approved courses is paid one (1) year after successful completion.
